Harnessing User-generated Content in Documentation [VIDEO]

Thanks to the ease with which we can publish content online, today we are all Publishers.

As Publishers, we are Tweeting at the rate of 95,000,000 Tweets per day, sharing 30 Billion pieces of content each month on Facebook, uploading 35 hours of video each minute to YouTube and according to blogpulse.com, there are now over 150 Million active blogs.

With so much great content, Technical Communicators have the opportunity to tap into their communities and deliver more to their content consumers beyond what is authored inside their company.

In this video I talk more about this opportunity, share how our Adobe Community Help team is already doing this, and how the new Adobe RoboHelp 9 software provides a simple, yet elegant way of curating content in order to deliver more relevant information to any community.

Thanks in advance for watching the video and as always, please share with your Social Graph by click the ReTweet button located at the top left, or the Facebook Share button at the top right.
